Overview
Our client, an established international law firm, is seeking a Senior Trademark Paralegal to take a leading role within a growing intellectual property team. You will manage and support a team of trade mark paralegals while handling a varied portfolio of UK and international trade mark work.
This role offers significant responsibility across trade mark filing, prosecution and portfolio management, alongside opportunities to improve team processes and develop your leadership capability through training, mentoring and coaching.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of trade mark paralegals, including work allocation and day-to-day support.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior colleagues.
- Identify and implement workflow and process improvements.
- Handle filing and prosecution of UK and international trade mark applications.
- Conduct online research, database searches and trade mark portfolio work.
- Draft and oversee domestic and international applications and respond to official communications.
- Manage renewals, portfolio maintenance and associated billing activity.
Requirements
- CITMA-qualified Trade Mark Paralegal.
- At least five years' experience in intellectual property or trade mark work, gained in private practice or in-house.
- Strong knowledge of trade mark filing, prosecution and portfolio management.
- Ability to manage high-volume and complex workloads accurately.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
