Our client, a top-10 law firm known for handling high-stakes, complex litigation for Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions, is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support them.
Responsibilities
- Assists attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support
- Drafts, organises, and proofreads pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
- Manages document review and production using e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity)
- Prepares and maintains case files, exhibits, and trial binders
- Conducts legal and factual research; cite-checks filings
- Coordinates depositions, hearings, and court filings (state and federal)
- Communicates with clients, co-counsel, court personnel, and vendors
- Tracks deadlines and maintains case calendars

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate a plus
- 1+ years of litigation paralegal experience at a US, Magic or Silver Circle firm required
- Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures
- Proficiency with e-discovery and document management tools
- Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential matter
