We’re seeking two motivated Paralegals to support the team on pre-litigated property damage matters.

Our Fraud team is known for handling a variety of intricate cases across the insurance sector, making us the preferred choice for clients looking for innovative and practical solutions. As Paralegal you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with complex fraud and motor litigation cases for a wide variety of clients.

The role is hybrid, with office attendance required in Liverpool a minimum of 1-day per week.

  • Handle own caseload of pre-litigated caseload causation claims.
  • Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
  • Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.
  • Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.
  • Review and assess motor insurance claims, identifying potential fraud indicators.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.
  • Researching to support legal strategies and case development.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

  • Previous paralegal experience handling in your own right or assisting on fraud/motor insurance claims, preferably with exposure to highways/property related cases.
  • Knowledge of the UK legal system and civil litigation process.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and using case management software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
