Position: Paralegal

Contract: Permanent

An exciting paralegal opportunity within a fast-growing technology business in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Key focus on the commercial contract workstream, including assisting with drafting, reviewing and managing contracts
  • Develop and improve legal playbooks, policies and processes
  • Work closely with and support colleagues across the business
  • Conduct legal research on emerging laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the business
  • Assist with ad hoc corporate and company secretarial tasks

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Prior paralegal experience, preferably with exposure to commercial contracts
  • An understanding of contract review, document management and legal administrative processes
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • It is a bonus if you have prior tech sector experience
