Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Overview

SSQ is partnering with a rapidly growing international wealth management business to appoint a Paralegal into its expanding EMEA legal team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading organisation at an exciting stage of growth, following significant recent acquisitions and continued international expansion. The business combines the scale and resources of a global organisation with the pace, agility and entrepreneurial feel of a high-growth environment.

Working closely with the Head of Legal and the Senior Paralegal, the successful candidate will support a broad range of commercial, corporate, regulatory and operational matters. This role would suit a motivated junior paralegal who is keen to gain high-quality in-house experience, work closely with senior stakeholders and develop within a growing legal function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Head of Legal/Senior Paralegal on a broad range of legal and operational matters.
  • Supporting projects across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Managing legal documentation, contract processes and record keeping.
  • Supporting business stakeholders with day-to-day legal queries.
  • Coordinating with external counsel where required.
  • Assisting with corporate governance, entity management and regulatory matters.
  • Helping to maintain and improve legal processes, templates, policies and best practices as the function continues to grow.
  • Providing general legal and administrative support to the wider legal team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
