Paralegal PA – Corporate & Finance

Central London | £60,000–£85,000 + bonus | Fully office-based | Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of a private client and family office for an exceptional Paralegal/PA position.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced corporate, banking or finance paralegal to move into a highly trusted private-office environment, combining legal and transactional support with executive assistance.

The Role

Approximately 60% of the role will focus on corporate, banking and finance matters, working alongside leading external lawyers, private banks, accountants and other professional advisers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining corporate records, statutory registers and entity structures.
  • Preparing board minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney and other corporate documentation.
  • Managing Companies House and overseas filings and compliance deadlines.
  • Coordinating KYC/AML requirements for private banks, lenders and custodians.
  • Supporting financing and refinancing transactions, including conditions precedent, signing and closing.
  • Monitoring loan covenants, reporting dates and repayment schedules.
  • Managing legal documentation, matter trackers and correspondence.
  • Coordinating and following up with external advisers.

The remaining 40% will focus on executive and private-office support, particularly complex international travel, including commercial and private aviation, hotels, chauffeurs, visas and detailed itineraries.

There will also be light diary management, meeting coordination, preparation of briefing materials and occasional personal or household support.

About You

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience as a corporate, banking or finance paralegal, ideally from a leading City law firm, private bank or family office.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate documentation, company secretarial matters and KYC/AML processes.
  • Experience arranging complex international travel and managing last-minute changes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Absolute discretion and sound judgement.
  • A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Flexibility to deal with occasional urgent matters outside normal office hours.
