Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal

My client is currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join a well-established legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career within Personal Injury.

The successful candidate will support solicitors with a varied caseload, providing high-quality administrative and legal support throughout the lifecycle of claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of Personal Injury claims from initial instruction through to settlement.
  • Assisting solicitors with the preparation and progression of claims.
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts and other third parties.
  • Reviewing and organising evidence, medical records and relevant documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
  • Monitoring key dates and deadlines.
  • Providing excellent client care and keeping clients informed throughout their claims.
  • Supporting the wider legal team with general administrative and case management duties.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a Personal Injury legal environment.
  • Good knowledge of Personal Injury claims and relevant procedures.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A professional and client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.
