Job Description
At Mayo Wynne Baxter, our Private Client Team is renowned for its expertise and experience in resolving sensitive and complex matters.
We understand that the issues our clients face can be distressing, and our team approaches every situation with professionalism, compassion, and care.
Specialising in areas such as trust law, probate law, will writing, and lasting power of attorney advice, we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients.
We’re looking for an ambitious, driven, and experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our exceptional team based in Seaford. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career while working with a supportive and professional team.

- Communicating with and updating clients, colleagues, and third parties by email, phone, and in person
- Managing administrative aspects of legal matters efficiently
- Supporting legal advisers and meeting your individual financial targets
- Attending client and third-party meetings (with or without legal advisers), taking notes, and assisting in discussions
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions, and probate applications
What you will need:
We seek a motivated individual with a strong background in private client matters. Ideally, you will have:
- A solid understanding of wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration
- The ability to manage a varied workload efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
