We are working with a growing residential property business seeking an organised and commercially minded Paralegal to join its in-house legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their commercial legal experience within a fast-paced, operationally focused organisation. Reporting to the Legal Counsel, you will provide contract and legal administration support, working closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Marketing and other teams across the business.

The role

You will help ensure that supplier contracts and other commercial documents are reviewed, approved, executed and stored through consistent and well-controlled processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and negotiating lower-risk and lower-value supplier contracts, statements of work, order forms, non-disclosure agreements and engagement letters using approved templates and guidance.
  • Identifying potential legal, commercial and operational risks and escalating complex, high-value or non-standard matters to the Legal Counsel.
  • Maintaining accurate records of contract reviews, approvals, renewals and outstanding actions.
  • Coordinating the execution of documents electronically and, where required, in hard copy.
  • Working with Procurement and internal stakeholders to monitor contract renewal dates, obligations and approvals.
  • Ensuring contracts are correctly executed, filed and maintained within the contract database.
  • Supporting document version control and contract governance processes.
  • Helping improve contract-management processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Supporting the Legal Counsel with day-to-day legal matters, regulatory research and ad hoc projects.
  • Managing the legal team inbox and accurately recording incoming and completed work.
  • Assisting with legal record keeping, compliance administration and audit trails.
  • Providing company secretarial support when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
