Job Opportunity for a Law Graduate or Early-Career Paralegal

This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate or early-career paralegal who is passionate about property development and wants to build a long-term career in this specialist area. We welcome candidates with ambition to qualify as a Solicitor/Legal Executive in the future (but this is not a requirement).

Whether you are taking your first step into practice or looking to build on existing experience, you will work alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of development and house building matters.

Skills & Experience

  • Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification; or some practical legal experience, gained through a paralegal role, legal assistant position, placement year, vacation scheme, legal clinic, or similar environment – ideally within a property, real estate or development team.
  • A genuine interest in property development, real estate and house building.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build solid working relationships with our clients and your colleagues.
  • Commercial awareness and pragmatism.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
