Department: Legal Delivery Centre
Location: UK
Duration: Permanent
Reports to: Team Leader
Type of Role: Remote
Requisition no: 10542

The Department

Our Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) is a flexible and scalable paralegal resource for use across all of our UK, Ireland and Middle East offices and across the full spectrum of legal services. Meeting the ever increasing demands for disaggregated legal services, the LDC offers an exciting opportunity for development and the chance to undertake chargeable work that is varied, challenging and engaging. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that is integral to the firm's strategy, whilst benefiting from being able to work remotely and flexibly.

Winner of the 2019 and 2020 National Paralegal Awards best law firm for paralegal development and finalist in 2021, Dentons offers fabulous opportunities for paralegals.

Dentons is embracing the SQE route to qualification. Not only can your work experience count towards QWE but for successful internal applicants we are also offering a unique opportunity for development, including financial sponsorship, through our QualiFLY programme. QualiFLY is an enhanced 18 month programme designed to provide the business with a pipeline of exceptional talent whilst ensuring that the experience and training gained by the paralegal is comparable to the more traditional training contract route.

We are presently looking for bright, ambitious and enthusiastic paralegals from across the UK to join our virtual, innovative LDC.

Role

We are looking for a motivated, commercially minded Commercial Paralegal to join our Legal Delivery Centre.

The role involves supporting a broad range of commercial contracts work for sophisticated clients, including drafting and reviewing contracts, supporting negotiations, conducting legal research, and managing matters through to completion in collaboration with lawyers and client teams.

Technology and innovation are integral to the role. You will use legal technology and AI tools to support delivery, improve consistency and reduce manual processes. We are therefore looking for someone curious about new ways of working, comfortable learning new technology, and interested in how AI can be used responsibly to enhance legal service delivery.

This role is well suited to someone looking to build strong commercial legal experience within an innovative delivery environment, working alongside experienced lawyers with structured training and development.

We are open to both potential and experience. The key is a willingness to learn, pride in producing high-quality work, and readiness to take on increasing responsibility. Prior exposure to commercial contracts or professional services environments is helpful but not essential where strong transferable skills and the right mindset are demonstrated.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
