Part of Bindmans LLP
We have been solicitors to commercial and private clients across London from our offices in Barnes and Chiswick for almost 100 years.
We are ranked No. 1 within the professional legal directories in many areas of practice – and are respected by peers and clients alike for the work we do. Legal 500 says that we have the “…ethical positioning and moral commitment of a standard civil liberties practice with the quality of the Magic Circle”, while Chambers say that “the principles and heart of this firm make it stand out from the crowd.”
We are seeking a capable and organised Paralegal to support a Residential Property Partner with a varied caseload of freehold, leasehold, sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity matters. The role will involve a combination of conveyancing assistance, client communication, file management, diary support and post-completion work. The successful candidate will have strong conveyancing experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide proactive support in a busy, client-focused property practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
