Residential Real Estate Paralegal

Mid Sized City Firm

Media and Entertainment Specialist

Training Contract Prospects

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top tier mid-sized city firm for an experienced real estate paralegal.

The Firm

The firm has three main practice areas that they are highly ranked in and these are real estate, media and entertainment and litigation, and they also have highly regarded teams in corporate, banking and IP. There is a large real estate practice which covers commercial property, high-net-worth residential property, property finance, development construction and property litigation.

The Role

This is an exciting role as it involves assisting in the running of live files, in addition to supporting a supervisor in all aspects of conveyancing transactions, from instructions through to post completion. The work involves liaising with all parties and providing administrative and legal assistance throughout the conveyancing process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
