As a Paralegal within our Disease Team in London, you’ll play a vital part in supporting clients affected by a wide range of industrial disease conditions, including respiratory diseases, occupational asthma, dermatitis, and other workplace‑related musculoskeletal illnesses.
This is meaningful, people‑focused work. You’ll help guide clients through often challenging circumstances, using your empathy, communication skills and attention to detail to ensure they receive clear, compassionate and expert support.
You’ll manage a varied caseload, work closely with experienced solicitors, and develop specialist knowledge within an important and evolving area of law. Who we are looking for...
You’ll bring experience as a paralegal—ideally within an industrial disease environment.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experience in handling personal injury claims essential
- Familiar with the MOJ Portal and confident progressing claims through the relevant processes
- Confident using legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
- Familiar with case management systems
- Highly organised, proactive and client-centred
- A strong communicator, able to work sensitively with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Motivated to develop expertise within disease litigation and contribute to the team's success
