Private Client Paralegal
Reigate, Surrey - Hybrid
Up to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in private client work who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment. The role will include fee-earning responsibilities, providing the opportunity to manage your own matters, build client relationships and develop your practical legal experience.

You will assist with a varied caseload of private client matters, with responsibilities including:
- Managing and progressing your own fee-earning caseload.
- Assisting with Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Communicating directly with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals.
- Preparing legal correspondence and documentation.
- Undertaking legal research where required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Working to deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
- Providing a professional and client-focused service.
- Supporting solicitors and the wider private client team on more complex matters.

About You:
- Experienced in a private client environment, ideally with previous fee-earning or paralegal experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in private client/private wealth - essential
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Confident communicating with clients and other professionals.
- Keen to develop their legal knowledge and take on increasing responsibility.
