About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive Paralegal with a sharp eye for detail to provide comprehensive legal support across a broad range of commercial, corporate, litigation, property, employment, and company secretarial matters.

In this role, you will gain fantastic exposure to an in-house legal function. Alongside day-to-day support, you will play a key role in helping to improve legal processes and contract management across the business, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our leadership team and dynamic departments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering Legal Support: Assisting with a diverse mix of legal matters including commercial, corporate, litigation, employment, and intellectual property.
  • Researching & Advising: Undertaking thorough legal research, preparing and negotiating documents, and advising internal stakeholders clearly and commercially.
  • Enhancing Processes: Helping to develop and refine legal processes and contract management systems across the business.
  • Strategic Projects: Supporting the General Counsel and Company Secretary on high-impact strategic legal projects.
  • Building Relationships: Collaborating closely with colleagues across the business to deliver practical, business-friendly legal solutions.

What You Bring (Essential Skills & Experience)

  • At least 12 months of solid paralegal experience under your belt.
  • Highly organised with an exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to your workload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels—right up to our CEO!
  • A proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while managing multiple competing priorities.

This role will be based on site in our Leyland HQ for 5 days per week on a full-time basis 37.5 Hours per week
