What Is the Opportunity?

We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our team based in London on a temporary contract until approximately July 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of litigation and case management work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will support Counsel across all stages of case handling and litigation preparation, giving you real exposure to complex legal matters. You will conduct legal research ranging from routine to moderately complex, translating findings into clear, actionable summaries, whilst leading investigative fact-gathering exercises and analysing information to support case strategy. Alongside this, you will manage information logs, handle enquiries efficiently and collaborate with external service providers, building valuable professional relationships across the industry.

We are looking for a paralegal with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will have strong research and analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly, and you'll be comfortable working alongside senior legal professionals in a collaborative environment. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
