Role Description

This role is for a Property Paralegal located in our London, Holborn Office. As a Property Paralegal at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, you will be responsible for assisting with residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions).

This role is a full-time office-based career paralegal position and is not suitable for someone looking to gain Qualifying Work Experience.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a property paralegal
  • Completing SDLT Returns
  • Companies House submissions
  • Submitting HMLR applications and dealing with requisitions
  • Dealing with Leasehold post-completion requirements
  • Assisting fee earners with exchange and completion
  • Opening files and assisting with AML compliance
  • File closing
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors with general enquiries
