This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paralegal with a Talent for Customer Service (LegalTech) based in United Kingdom.

In this role, you will support customers throughout their journey by combining legal drafting, customer service, and technical assistance. Working closely with a collaborative Customer Success team, you will help ensure clients achieve the best possible outcomes while maintaining high standards of legal accuracy and service quality. Accountabilities
- Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements tailored to customer requirements while ensuring accuracy and compliance before final review.
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving requests, and guiding users through services via email and online communication channels.
- Assist customers with technical onboarding and account setup, including supporting integrations with source code management platforms and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Support prospective customers by answering questions about the platform and helping them understand available services from the earliest stages of their journey.
- Conduct legal research, prepare reports based on customer-provided information, and contribute to maintaining high-quality legal and customer support services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall service delivery.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Paralegal, in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts or an interest in legal technology and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable using modern productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Docs and similar web-based platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Experience working with customers from different industries or business sizes is considered an advantage.
