Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading Scottish law firm for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join its busy Residential Property team in Inverness. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded firm, managing your own caseload while supporting solicitors on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with title due diligence.
  • Preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges.
  • Ordering and reviewing property searches.
  • Preparing and submitting Land Registration applications.
  • Registering deeds with Registers of Scotland and preparing and submitting LBTT returns.
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other parties throughout the transaction.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Knowledge of Scottish conveyancing procedures.
  • Experience preparing Land Registration applications and LBTT submissions.
  • The ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
