"Paralegal/Legal Assistant" to the Head of Legal (Boutique Family Office – Mayfair)
Martis Search is representing a boutique, Mayfair based "Family Office" in the search for a permanent "Paralegal/Legal Assistant" to support the Head of Legal.
This is a genuinely unique opportunity to join a Family Office at an early stage and to work closely with the Head of Legal under direct mentorship. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across the business, gaining broad exposure to corporate, commercial, and operational legal matters within a private client environment.

Candidate Background
Our client is open to candidates from one of the following backgrounds, provided they have a minimum of five years’ experience in corporate law and/or legal operations role:
- A paralegal, with completed or ongoing training contract experience, or relevant industry exposure (ideally within financial services or a corporate setting). Exposure to working with fiduciary services would be beneficial.
- A part-qualified or fully qualified lawyer with training contract experience and industry exposure (ideally within financial services or a corporate environment)
- Someone working in a Legal Administrative/ Legal Operations support role.

Salary & Benefits
Between £70,000–£100,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus bonus, pension, and private healthcare.
