Parallel Run Lead - Contract - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Parallel Run Lead to take responsibility for planning, coordinating, and controlling payroll parallel-run activities through to go-live.

The successful candidate will work across payroll, HR, finance, technology, and implementation teams to ensure payroll outputs reconcile successfully and readiness decisions are supported by robust evidence.

Core Functional Requirements & Experience

Parallel Run Management

  • Own the end-to-end parallel run plan.
  • Coordinate all payroll cycles.
  • Define entry and exit criteria.
