Role Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Paraplanner to support Financial Advisers in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions. Working across pensions, investments and protection, you'll undertake research, prepare suitability reports and help deliver outstanding client outcomes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including the use of AI technology within the advice process.
Key Responsibilities
- Research financial products, funds and planning solutions to support tailored client recommendations.
- Prepare suitability reports and client documentation to enable efficient adviser meetings.
- Identify planning opportunities and improvements within client portfolios.
- Complete pre-sale compliance checks to support quality advice delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives.
- Utilise AI tools to enhance research and report preparation.
- Work closely with advisers to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements
- Experience working within Paraplanning or Financial Planning.
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning achieved or nearing completion.
- Experience with pensions, investments, protection and inheritance tax planning.
- Knowledge of pension switches, group pensions and cashflow modelling.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working within a busy, client-focused environment.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
