Hybrid Working (1-2 Days in the Office) | Up to £50,000 + Benefits
Are you a technically strong Paraplanner looking to join a boutique Independent Financial Planning firm where your contribution will genuinely make a difference?
We're working with a highly respected wealth management firm in Sheffield that is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support Advisers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close knit team, take ownership of the technical advice process, and enjoy a varied role with plenty of autonomy.
The Role
As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with Advisers throughout the entire client journey, helping to deliver high quality, holistic financial planning advice.
Responsibilities
- Preparing suitability reports and recommendations
- Conducting fund, platform and provider research
- Producing illustrations and technical analysis
- Gathering client information and managing letters of authority
- Preparing review packs and meeting documentation
- Liaising closely with Advisers on client strategies and recommendations
- Supporting the end-to-end financial planning process
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with compliance requirements

About You
- Experience within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
- Experience producing suitability reports and conducting research
- Excellent written communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach
- Level 4 Diploma (desirable, but not essential for experienced candidates)
