Paraplanner

Looking for a Paraplanning role where your technical expertise is genuinely valued?

We're delighted to be representing an independent boutique Financial Planning name that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering truly personalised, client-centric advice.

Unlike many larger organisations, this is a close-knit business where client relationships come first. Every client receives a tailored financial planning experience and every member of the team plays an important role in delivering exceptional service.

With a collaborative culture, approachable leadership and a genuine passion for doing the right thing, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while enjoying the support and flexibility that comes from working within a much smaller, agile organisation.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a business where quality advice always comes before quantity. You'll work alongside a small team of highly experienced Financial Planners, contributing to sophisticated, holistic financial planning strategies, while being trusted to use your technical expertise to help shape the very best outcomes for clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
