An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner ready to take the next step in their career.
I’m delighted to be representing a highly regarded financial planning business that is looking to appoint an experienced, Diploma Qualified Paraplanner to join its growing team.

The Paraplanner Opportunity
Working closely with Financial Planners and supporting the delivery of high-quality client advice, you will play a key role in the end-to-end financial planning process.
The role would suit an experienced Paraplanner who is technically strong, commercially aware, and keen to continue developing their career within a forward-thinking financial planning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality suitability reports and client documentation
- Conducting detailed research and analysis to support financial recommendations
- Producing cashflow and financial planning analysis where required
- Working closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes
- Supporting the implementation and review of client recommendations
- Maintaining a high level of technical and regulatory knowledge
- Contributing to the continued improvement of internal processes and service standards

Paraplanner - Essential:
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Proven experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning environment
- Strong technical knowledge across core financial planning areas
- Excellent report-writing, analytical and research skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine ambition to develop and progress your career
Further professional qualifications and progression towards Chartered status would be highly valued.
