Paraplanner
Kent, hybrid work (minimum of 2 days in the office)

Our client is an established Wealth Management practice based in Kent, offering expert advice on pensions, investments, and broader financial planning.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner (open on level of experience) looking to further develop their technical knowledge within a supportive, sociable, and collaborative team. You’ll benefit from full administrative support and clear communication channels between Paraplanning and Advisory teams, enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality, compliant, and client-focused work.
- Prepare detailed suitability reports and technical research for advisers.
- Support advisers in delivering tailored investment and pension recommendations.
- Conduct thorough product research and fund analysis.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Contribute to process improvements within the Paraplanning function.

To Be Considered For This Paraplanning Position
- Proven experience in a Paraplanning or similar technical support role within financial planning.
- Strong working knowledge of pensions and investment products.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or close to) – CII/CISI/LIBF
- A proactive, collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
