Role overview:

Salary – £35,000 – £65,000, dependent on qualifications and experience

  • Discretionary Annual Bonus

  • Flexible work from home arrangements available, although training and probation will be full time in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting research on financial products, including investment packages, pension schemes, and insurance plans.
  • Ensure all financial advice adheres to the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority regulations.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve the firm's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Managing confidential files and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to advisers, paraplanners and the team in general, including produce applications and packs for clients, and drafting correspondence.
  • Coordinate with various providers, our network and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.
  • Plan and organize events, meetings, and other activities as required.
