The Role
We are seeking a Paraplanner to support the Financial Planning team in delivering fully compliant, high-quality advice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to holistic financial planning, working alongside experienced advisers and developing technical knowledge in a variety of areas.

Responsibilities
- Analyse clients’ financial requirements, develop cash flow models, and maintain accurate client records.
- Construct financial planning solutions across investment, retirement, long-term care, tax, and inheritance planning.
- Prepare recommendations, letters, and reports, liaising with administrators and maintaining client files and IT records throughout the advice process.
- Support client reviews, updating cash flow models, investment performance reviews, and associated reports.
- Build and maintain client relationships through telephone, email, letters, and meetings, presenting solutions and recommendations where required.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure applications and provider forms are completed and clients are kept informed throughout the process.
- Collaborate with other professional advisers (e.g., solicitors, accountants) to implement agreed action plans.

Requirements
- Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent); willingness to maintain compliance and regulatory knowledge.
- Minimum of four years’ industry experience preferred.
- Strong administrative, research, report writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a structured and organised working approach.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining CPD requirements.
- Chartered Financial Planner status preferable, or willingness to work towards it.
