📣 WE’RE HIRING – JUNIOR & EXPERIENCED PARAPLANNERS | YORK
💰 Salary: £33,000–£48,000
📍 Location: Central York (Office-based)
🏖️ Holiday: 30 days PLUS bank holiday
🕘 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm
We are a Chartered Financial Planning firm looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Paraplanners to join our growing team in central York. We are recruiting at TWO LEVELS, offering excellent salaries, professional development and long-term career progression.
🔹 OPTION 1 – JUNIOR / PART-QUALIFIED PARAPLANNER
💰 Salary: £33,000–£38,000
We're looking for someone with:
✅ Approximately 2–4 years' paraplanning experience
✅ Experience researching financial products and preparing suitability reports
✅ Good knowledge of pensions and investments
✅ Working towards the Level 4 Diploma, with some exams already completed

🔹 OPTION 2 – EXPERIENCED / LEVEL 4 QUALIFIED PARAPLANNER
💰 Salary: £38,000–£48,000
We're looking for someone with:
✅ Approximately 4 years plus paraplanning experience
✅ Level 4 Diploma completed
✅ Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning
✅ Experience producing detailed suitability reports and supporting advisers with complex cases
An opportunity to take the next step towards Senior Paraplanner or Chartered status.
