What you'll be doing:
- Prepare detailed financial reports and supporting documentation for client advice sessions, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Conduct thorough analysis of client financial data across investments, pensions, and insurance policies to support recommendations
- Help develop and review financial plans, keeping everything aligned with relevant industry regulations and company standards
- Maintain organized client records and ensure documentation is up to date in CRM and other administrative platforms
- Work closely with financial advisers to gather information and help facilitate smooth client meetings
- Write clear, professional reports that explain complex topics in an understandable way
- Support the compliance process by reviewing client files for completeness and accuracy against regulatory requirements

What you'll bring:
- Strong report writing and analytical skills with a close eye for detail
- Solid knowledge of financial services, including investment products, pensions, and insurance
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, advisers, and internal teams
- Experience in financial planning, paired with a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook) and comfortable working with relevant IT systems
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency

Additional information:
- Previous administrative experience in a financial services setting is highly desirable
- Ideally Cii diploma qualified or working towards it
