Looking for a Paraplanning role where your expertise is genuinely valued? We're working with a highly respected and growing financial planning firm seeking an experienced Level 4 Diploma qualified Paraplanner to join their supportive and collaborative team in Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
- Prepare high-quality suitability reports and recommendation letters.
- Produce and maintain client review packs and supporting documentation.
- Support advisers with technical queries and financial planning strategies.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with advisers, administrators, and compliance teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes and client service standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years paraplanning experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection.
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
