About the Role
This Paraplanner job offers an excellent opportunity if you are a genuine Paraplanner who enjoys being actively involved in complex financial planning work.
In this Paraplanner job, you will work closely with advisers on thoughtful, holistic client planning. Your involvement will go far beyond report writing, with a strong emphasis on research, technical analysis and contributing to client strategy. This includes complex inheritance tax planning, trust work and wider estate planning considerations.
This Paraplanner role is designed for someone who understands real financial planning and enjoys pulling information together from multiple angles to create high quality recommendations. You will be encouraged to bring insight, personality and ideas into your work, working collaboratively with advisers to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
The Paraplanner job is suitable for an experienced Paraplanner working with complex cases, or a strong Paraplanner who is still studying and genuinely motivated to progress technically and professionally. Full support is available for ongoing qualifications and development.

Requirements
- Experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning firm
- Strong technical foundation, particularly around complex planning
- Exposure to inheritance tax and estate planning work
- Working towards or holding relevant financial planning qualifications
- Desire to grow, develop and deepen technical expertise
