Remote Paraplanner
Fully Remote | Yorkshire | Up to £45,000 + Benefits
Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for the flexibility of remote working whilst continuing to develop your technical expertise within a supportive wealth management firm?
We're partnered with a growing financial planning business seeking a Paraplanner to support Financial Advisers in delivering high quality, holistic advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
The Role
- Draft suitability reports in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Analyse client information and prepare suitable recommendations for advisers
- Conduct research across pensions, investments and protection products
- Obtain policy information, illustrations and provider documentation
- Liaise closely with Financial Planners to ensure advice recommendations are accurate and appropriate
- Manage your own caseload and workflows efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and ensure FCA and compliance standards are met
- Support positive client outcomes and deliver an excellent client experience
- Work collaboratively with Advisers, Administrators and Compliance teams
- Provide mentoring and coaching support to other Paraplanners where required
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency

About You
- Previous Paraplanning experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management firm
- Diploma qualified or working towards Chartered status
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and retirement planning
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering good client outcomes
- Able to work independently whilst remaining a collaborative team player
