Role
Paraplanner
The candidate will work within a small team of 2 paraplanners, under the supervision of their team leader.
Hours
9-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Location
Our offices at Clockwise, Bromley Old Town Hall, 30 Tweedy Road, Bromley, BR1 3FE. Hybrid working negotiable.
Salary
£40,000, negotiable based on experience.
Experience
- A minimum of 12 months role-based experience and attained Lvl 4 qualification, or working toward.
- Well versed in writing investment and pension new business, including top ups and replacement business.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Finance skills to support the development of comprehensive client plans.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret client data, assess needs, and evaluate suitable solutions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Investments to research, compare, and support recommendations on investment products.
- Candidates should possess clear and accurate Report Writing skills to produce client reports, suitability letters, and supporting documentation.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., working toward or holding a diploma in financial planning or equivalent) are beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are important.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with advisers and colleagues are essential.
- Experience in a financial planning, wealth management, or similar regulated environment is an advantage.
