Paraplanner Responsibilities

  • Undertaking financial planning research to support client advice
  • Preparing suitability reports using structured templates and bespoke formats
  • Reviewing and analysing existing investment portfolios
  • Supporting annual reviews and ongoing servicing cases
  • Keeping knowledge up to date with regulatory and legislative changes

Paraplanner Requirements

  • Essential experience working as a Paraplanner within an IFA or financial planning firm
  • Essential Diploma in Financial Planning or close to completion
  • Proven experience producing suitability reports and research documentation
  • Desirable exposure to a broad range of planning cases
  • High level of technical accuracy and attention to detail
