Paraplanner – Nr Bromley (office-based) – Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Are you a Paraplanner ready to take the next step in your financial planning career? Our client, a well-established and growing wealth management firm, is looking for a Paraplanner to join its friendly and supportive team.
This is a genuine career-development opportunity. You'll work closely with experienced Financial Advisers and a Senior Paraplanner, with full support as you complete your Level 4 Diploma and build your technical knowledge across investments, pensions, and protection.
The role
- Prepare accurate suitability reports and letters to target deadlines
- Undertake comparative and technical research to support client recommendations
- Support the Advisers in verifying the compliance and suitability of advice
- Review clients' overall financial position from fact-find information
- Process ongoing client reviews in line with service standards
- Liaise with the administration team on the implementation of new business
- Investigate and respond accurately to client queries

About you
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in paraplanning
- Working towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or already qualified)
- A good understanding of financial products and services, including pensions and investments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear technical commentary
- Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple cases at once
- A genuine desire to develop a long-term career in financial planning
