Paraplanner Manchester (Office-Based) | 🕒 Full-Time or Part-Time | Up to £40,000 DOE + Benefits

Join a well-established and growing Financial Planning practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice and exceptional client service.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or actively working towards completion)
  • Excellent suitability report writing skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning
  • Good understanding of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty
  • Experience using Intelligent Office (IO)
  • Experience with Quilter
  • Experience using provider platforms including Royal London, Prudential, AJ Bell and Aviva
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, organisational and attention to detail
  • Full right to work in the UK

The Role

Working alongside Financial Advisers, you'll prepare suitability reports, conduct technical research, liaise with providers and support the delivery of compliant financial planning recommendations across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
