- Create and deliver advice, including suitability report writing and supporting documentation.
- Maintain consistent, professional communication so clients feel informed and valued throughout.
- Manage servicing tasks with precision.

You'd be joining an independent, privately owned firm managing over £2.5 billion in client assets, with Chartered Financial Planner status and recognition as a Top Rated Advice Firm.
What You'll Bring
- A drive to see tasks through, with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
- Confidence on the phone, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn from mistakes and reflect on your work.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the finance industry.
- Completed (or near completion) DipFS.

What Success Looks Like
- Advice cases completed accurately and within the agreed timeframe.
- Clients feel informed and confident at every step.
- Work that meets the highest compliance and accuracy standards.
- Tasks completed to specification, with nothing left undone.
The Details
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00–5:30).
- Location: Hybrid, with flexibility to work from the London office as needed.
- Salary: £40,000–£45,000 starting salary
