Employment Type: Full-Time (with an early Friday finish)
Salary: £35,000-£42,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
An established and expanding financial planning practice is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join its technical support team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your technical expertise is valued, your professional development is encouraged, and work-life balance is a genuine priority.
You'll work closely with Financial Planners to deliver high-quality technical support, helping provide tailored financial planning solutions and excellent client outcomes.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management.
- A Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and tax-efficient planning strategies.
- Excellent report-writing skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Experience using cashflow modelling software, CRM systems and financial research platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.
- A desire to continue developing technical knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research across pensions, investments, protection and wider financial planning matters.
- Prepare accurate cashflow models to support client recommendations.
- Produce bespoke suitability reports and recommendation documents.
- Liaise with clients and professional connections, including solicitors and accountants.
- Support advice implementation, applications and compliance processes.
- Ensure all work meets FCA regulatory requirements and Consumer Duty principles.
