Location: Bath City Centre (Hybrid)
A growing and ambitious financial planning firm is looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to support its expanding adviser team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth, where you will play a key role in shaping the paraplanning function as the firm continues to scale. The position offers genuine long-term progression, with opportunities to move into senior and leadership responsibilities as the team develops.
Working closely with advisers, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support across a broad range of complex client cases, helping to ensure advice is suitable, compliant, and tailored to client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed suitability reports and recommendation letters
- Conducting technical research across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
- Producing cashflow modelling and financial planning analysis
- Supporting advisers with complex client cases and financial planning strategies
- Ensuring advice files meet regulatory and compliance standards
- Liaising with providers and investment managers where required
- Contributing to the ongoing development of paraplanning processes and best practice
Requirements

- DipPFS / Level 4 qualified as a minimum
- Proven paraplanning experience within a financial planning environment
- Strong suitability report writing experience
- Ability to manage complex cases independently
- Excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
