Fram Search is working with a well-established Financial Planning firm that is looking to appoint a Paraplanner to support its growing team of Financial Advisers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner looking to join a collaborative business that places a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality financial planning and investing in its people. You'll work closely with experienced Advisers, providing technical support and helping to deliver tailored advice to a broad range of clients.
The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in the advice process, providing technical research and report writing while ensuring recommendations are suitable, accurate, and compliant.

Key responsibilities include:
- Producing detailed suitability reports across pensions, investments, and protection.
- Conducting technical research and analyzing financial planning solutions.
- Preparing recommendations in line with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting Advisers with complex cases and client reviews.
- Liaising with providers and internal teams to obtain information and progress cases.
- Keeping up to date with technical and regulatory developments.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- The Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Around 2-3 years' experience in a Paraplanning role within Financial Planning or Wealth Management.
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection.
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using financial planning back-office systems would be advantageous.
