The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a growing and successful financial planning practice as a Partner Support Specialist / Paraplanner.
This is a key role within the business, offering the chance to work closely with experienced advisers, support high-quality client outcomes, and become an integral part of a practice that is continuing to expand through referrals and exceptional client service.
You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical, administrative, and client support, ensuring the advice process runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.

The Role

Working alongside the Practice Partner and advisers, you'll support the delivery of tailored financial planning solutions, helping to create an outstanding experience for clients from onboarding through to ongoing reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare suitability reports, client recommendations, and supporting documentation
  • Conduct research and analysis to support financial planning advice
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties both verbally and in writing
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation meets FCA compliance requirements
  • Support advisers with meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and diary management
  • Manage client onboarding and ongoing servicing processes
  • Ensure all work is completed to a consistently high standard with excellent attention to detail

About You

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Previous experience within Financial Services is essential
  • Experience in a Paraplanning, Adviser Support, or Client Support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • A professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
  • Good understanding of FCA compliance requirements and financial planning processes

What's on offer

  • Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 OTE
  • Quarterly Personal Performance Bonus: £500 per quarter
  • Paraplanning Bonus: £100 per Retirement Transfer or IHT case
  • Pension: 5% Employee and Employer Contributions via Salary Sacrifice
