Paraplanner - Liverpool - Hybrid Working
We’re working with an established and growing independent financial planning business, looking to add an experienced Paraplanner to its team.
The business takes a holistic approach to financial planning, working with affluent individuals, families and business owners across areas including retirement planning, pensions, investments, estate planning and tax planning.
Responsibilities
- Preparing suitability reports and recommendations
- Researching pensions, investments and financial planning solutions
- Supporting advisers with complex client cases
- Preparing client review documentation
- Completing financial analysis and cash flow modelling
- Maintaining accurate client files and records
- Liaising with providers, clients and third parties
- Supporting the advice process from initial recommendation through to implementation
- Assisting with wider retirement, investment, tax and estate planning

About You

- Previous Paraplanning experience within an IFA environment
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards it
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
- Confident report writer with excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of FCA requirements and compliance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
