Paraplanning Administrator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paraplanning Administrator to join our financial services team. In this role, you will support our Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) by preparing comprehensive financial reports, conducting analysis, and ensuring all client documentation is accurate and compliant.

Duties
- Support the smooth processing and tracking of paraplanning-related administrative tasks, under the guidance of the Paraplanner.
- Gather, organise, and maintain client information and documentation to support paraplanners in the preparation of advice. (Pension info calls / Research)
- Provide support with standard client reports and documentation, ensuring information is correctly formatted and ready for paraplanner review.
- Work collaboratively with paraplanner, advisers, and Operations Manager to maintain consistent processes and service standards.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of complex client annual review packs, ensuring records are accurate and complete.
- Prepare, process, and monitor new business submissions across a range of investment and provider platform.
- Proactively follow through cases to completion, keeping clients and advisers regularly updated with progress.
- Ensure consistent record keeping with regular updates to new business register and tasks as required for each process.
- Use a range of systems and software effectively, including Microsoft Office, Intelligent Office, Papercloud, FE Analytics and provider platforms.
- Respond to routine client, adviser, and provider enquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating matters when necessary.
- Develop knowledge of financial products, platforms, and regulatory standards applicable to paraplanning, undertaking training and learning as required.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client records in line with data protection and internal procedures.
- Completion of the 1st of the month valuations (DFMSs and Client Issued)

- Previous administrative experience within financial services or a related sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in report writing, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of financial planning processes and terminology is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with IT systems used in financial services environments will be beneficial.
