We are looking for a personable, capable and well-organised Paraplanning Support Administrator (PSA) to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting our internal Paraplanning Team and helping us deliver a consistently high standard of service to our clients.
The role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and submitting new business applications.
- Requesting information from product providers and following up on outstanding requests.
- Producing client review packs, valuations and supporting documentation.
- Assisting with new business and product research and comparisons.
- Liaising with financial advisers, product providers and other third parties.
- Supporting compliance processes and file-checking requirements.
- Preparing letters, reports and other client documentation.
- Keeping case records and back-office systems accurate and up to date.
- Managing multiple cases and helping to ensure work progresses within agreed timescales.
About you
You will ideally have:
- Previous administration experience within an IFA or financial planning firm.
- A good working knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
- Experience using provider platforms and financial-services back-office systems.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence communicating with advisers, providers and other third parties.
- The ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise tasks and work independently.
- A positive, collaborative and client-focused approach.

Employment details
- Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
- Location: Head Office, Westbourne
- Working arrangement: Office-based, although we are open to conversations about hybrid working arrangements following successful training
- Hours: Full time
- Holiday entitlement: 24 days’ annual leave plus statutory/bank holidays
- Pension: Auto-Enrolment – Aviva ERS 4% / EES 5% (after 3 months’ employment)
- Health plan: Health Cash Plan after 2 years
- Study plan: Up to 6 days’ study leave and up to £2,500 towards relevant qualification costs
