September 2026 | Part Time | 20 hours per week

We are seeking a committed and proactive Parental Engagement Officer to join our team and strengthen the partnership between school and home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting families, improving communication, and promoting positive engagement in students’ education.

In this role, you will work closely with parents, carers, and staff to:

  • Remove barriers to learning
  • Support pupil wellbeing
  • Encourage active participation in school life

You will be a confident communicator, able to build strong relationships and provide tailored support to families where needed.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Resilience, initiative, and a solution-focused approach
  • Experience (or a strong interest) in working with young people, families, or within an educational or community setting
