Role Description
The Park Administrator & Events Co-ordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pickering. This position manages day-to-day park administration, including handling enquiries, maintaining records, coordinating bookings, and supporting park management with documentation and reporting. The role also involves planning, organising, and delivering events and activities for guests and owners, from initial concept through to on-the-day coordination. Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, promoting events within the park, ensuring smooth logistics, and supporting a welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere. The role requires regular interaction with guests, effective communication with colleagues, and a proactive approach to enhancing the overall park experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to liaise confidently with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a professional, friendly manner.
- Event Planning and Event Management skills, including organising park events, coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and overseeing on-site delivery.
- Administrative Assistance skills, such as managing bookings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and supporting park management with day-to-day operations.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a busy park environment.
- Competence with basic IT tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, booking systems); experience with hospitality or park management systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, tourism, or a similar customer-facing environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pickering, including weekend work to support events, and to collaborate effectively within a small team.
