Park Compliance Administrator
Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire
Hours of work: Flexible 16hrs
Salary: £12.71 per hour

About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Health & Safety Administrator to support the effective management of health, safety, and compliance activities across the business. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating safety-related administration, and assisting in promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with managers and colleagues at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update health and safety records, databases, and documentation.
- Support the administration of risk assessments, safe systems of work, and safety procedures.
- Monitor training records.
- Assist with the reporting, recording, and investigation administration of incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Ensure health and safety policies, procedures, and notices are communicated and kept up to date.
- Manage documentation relating to contractors, permits, and certifications.
- Liaise with managers and external agencies where required.
- Assist with preparation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- General administrative duties to support the Health & Safety function.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience within a Health & Safety or compliance-related environment.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
- IOSH Working Safely or similar Health & Safety qualification.
- Experience using safety management systems or compliance software.
