Park Manager – Living Memorial Parks

A Role with Real Purpose

We are a values-led organisation operating at the intersection of nature, community and compassion. Custodians of beautiful, natural landscapes across Britain, we help families create lasting, meaningful tributes in settings that truly reflect a life well lived. We do things differently - and we're growing.

We're looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused Park Manager to join our team and lead local revenue growth from our park base. If you come from hospitality, retail or a service-led environment and are ready for a role where your commercial skills genuinely make a difference to people's lives, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

What You'll Be Doing

Commercial Performance

  • Own and deliver revenue, market share and profitability targets at park level
  • Drive growth across a range of memorial products through structured partner engagement
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and report against clear KPIs
  • Protect pricing integrity and contribute to EBITDA performance

Account Management & Partner Growth

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of local funeral director and community accounts
  • Conduct regular, performance-focused account reviews
  • Build trusted, long-term partnerships founded on reliability and service excellence
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned to family needs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
